This is the starter deck Id hand to anyone who wants action, danger, and that rush of winning just before running out of life cards

With this card a small portion (bottom-left) is not very discolored as well

More of that project later though, it's only bare bones so far

Fan favorites Ravnica and Innistrad came in with a large number as well, and the recently-visited Theros and Ixalan had a fair showing

The only PSA 10 version of the card sold back in 2020 for about $65,000 , so PSA is likely using inflation and an increased interest in the Pokmon market as the reasoning behind its new valuation of the card
